Yesterday we went to see the movie "Finding Vivian Maier" at the Downer Theatre in Milwaukee. I was really looking forward to see this movie for the last almost 2 years since I first heard about the story of Vivian Maier (you can read some more HERE or HERE).
The film was to some point good, except that in our case it left us with many more questions than answers. Among those questions is what is recorded on those multiple tapes she made through her life? No sure either who she was or why, why someone will take so many photos like the ones she did without telling anybody.
I think her pictures are FANTASTIC but I really agree with what one of the interviewed said: We are missing a piece of the puzzle. I personally think we are missing more than one (not only her)..
I believe anybody that does not know about this story will find it fascinating for many reasons.
